1. Order Issues & Resolutions
If you experience any issues with your order—such as defects, damage, incorrect items, or delivery problems—please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue through replacement, correction, or support.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are valid for up to 40 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 40 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase may be required
3. Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, Stickers, Merchandise)
For physical products:
- Items must be returned to us before a refund is issued
- Returned items must be shipped back as instructed by ProPrints
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- If an issue cannot be resolved (such as file defects or access problems), a full refund may be issued
